The course is planned for ladies and their birth partners at approximately the 33 – 35 weeks of pregnancy.
However, if you are closer to your expected delivery date on these dates, or would prefer to come earlier, and wish to attend, then please do not hesitate to book onto the course. Ideally, the pregnant lady should be at least 32 weeks pregnant.
Course Details
- Dates: Tuesday 6th Oct, 13th Oct and 20th Oct 2026.
- Start time: 19.00 – 21.00
- The venue: The Church Hall, St Mary Immaculate Church, West St, Warwick. CV34 6AB.
- Clothing: As we will be utilising birth balls and peanut balls, please wear comfortable shoes, trousers and top.
- Equipment: We have a limited number of yoga mats and pillows available; If you have your own, please bring them. This applies to the birth partner as well.
- Cost: £210
